Refer a qualified individual for any of our current open positions which include Outside Sales, Account Management, or Management. For details please view our Careers Listings page.
If we hire the individual you referred, you will receive a $2,500 reward! $1,000 payable to you upon hire and $1,500 after 6 months of employment.

This program is open to all employees, franchisees, associates, customers, vendors and friends of OpenWorks, subject to the following:
- Managers hiring for positions that report to them are not eligible to receive referral reward.
- If you are a prospective employee, you cannot earn referral reward for referring yourself.
- Employment/Placement agencies are not eligible for this referral if they have a separate fee agreement with OpenWorks.
- Referral fee may be split with other individuals or entities.
- Management reserves the right to final interpretation of this program and its eligibility
