OpenWorks is Expanding Services to Provide Full Scale Cleaning and Maintenance Operations
Phoenix, AZ (April 23, 2015) - For more than 30 years, OpenWorks has provided customized cleaning solutions for a wide range of facilities and offices. As a leading integrated facility service franchise with 330 franchises in five states, the company has used an environmentally “clean green” program to provide businesses with a clean, safe work environment. As part of the new service rollouts, OpenWorks is now expanding their scope of work to include a comprehensive selection of cleaning, maintenance and repairs to meet the extensive needs of each facility they serve.OpenWorks will now be able to offer businesses with a complete assortment of landscaping services to maintain the appearance of their facility. A trained OpenWorks representative can provide turf maintenance, weed control, tree trimming and irrigation installation and repair, among other solutions. These methods of exterior care and upkeep can enhance the value and appeal of a facility on a year-round basis.OpenWorks has added full-scale handyman services to include drywall projects, concrete and masonry work, lock and door hardware replacement, among other improvements. They will also be able to handle various electrical and lighting needs, including installations, panel or socket replacements, re-wiring, and thermostat and circuit breaker repairs.Additionally, OpenWorks can now provide repair and maintenance service to a company’s HVAC unit. A specialist will test and balance the unit to ensure optimal air quality through proper ventilation throughout the building.
