Eric Roudi

Eric Roudi is the founder and CEO of OpenWorks, which he launched in 1983 with a vision to create a recession-resistant business for franchise owners, partners, employees, and customers. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a nationally recognized organization, earning placement on the Inc. 5000 and recognition as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. Eric has been an active member of YPO since 2001 and has served as CEO since 2011. He holds degrees in economics and mechanical engineering from Tufts University today.
