Eric Roudi

Eric Roudi

Founder & CEO

A passionate entrepreneur at heart, Eric founded OpenWorks in 1983 as a recession-proof business for himself, franchise owners, partners, and employees. Today, he successfully leads all aspects of the organization. His strategic leadership landed OpenWorks on the Inc 5000 and a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur award.  Eric has been an active member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) since 2001 and CEO since 2011. He holds a BA in Economics and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University. In addition, he is a graduate of the OPM program at Harvard Business School. 

Michael Loverine

CFO

As a seasoned finance leader, Michael is adept at establishing economic strategies and operational budgets, as well as growing successful teams. With extensive experience presenting to and developing solutions with top-tier executives and Boards of Directors, he focuses on key drivers of success at OpenWorks including reporting, data management, analytics, and profit enhancement.

Senior VP, Sales & Strategic Relationships

Victoria started at OpenWorks as a Regional Director and was quickly promoted through the leadership ranks. As an experienced sales leader, she builds and develops organizational cultures focused on collaboration and goal achievement. Today, she oversees the company’s growth engine including outside sales, account management and franchise development.

Senior VP, Operations & Experience

A mission-driven executive, Ed focuses on total operational excellence. He ensures that systems, processes, and personnel align to support OpenWorks franchise owner, supplier, and customer success. In addition, Ed’s leadership helps OpenWorks innovate and leverage technology to improve operations and provide customers with data tools that improve efficiency within their facilities.

Senior VP, Marketing

Andrew's marketing background spans telematics, SaaS, ERP software, and service industries. Today, Andrew oversees the OpenWorks brand and generates customer and franchise demand within the facilities management space. With a customer-first approach, he aligns high-performing teams, processes, and programs with a bold strategic vision to achieve growth goals.

VP, Human Resources

Heather is a progressive and people-focused human resources leader, with a strong record of success in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations. Heather partners with OpenWorks leaders and employees to strategically implement sophisticated human resources-related programs and initiatives for consensus and workplace culture.

Mitchell Lawrie

Mitchell Lawrie

VP, Supply Chain Management

Transformational and accomplished, Mitchell was awarded the Medal for Exceptional Public Service by the Secretary of Defense in 2020. He led four organizations from within the Pentagon to optimize enterprise-wide business operations. Mitchell now applies his talent and experience at OpenWorks overseeing the entire supply chain which includes sourcing and service fulfillment.

VP, Operations

A highly motivated leader, Craig is responsible for leading the field operations teams and the franchise service provider network supporting over 7,000 buildings nationwide. With over 30 years of experience, he has a proven track record in sales, service, and support. This customer-first mindset helps him ensure that OpenWorks exceeds customer expectations in service and delivery.

Kari Joyce

Kari Joyce

Corporate Counsel

A competitive athlete and marathoner, Kari serves as corporate counsel at OpenWorks. Prior to OpenWorks, Kari was corporate counsel at Kahala Brands and Partner at Joyce & Dublin PLLC. She also worked as Assistant Attorney General for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. Kari graduated from Arizona Summit Law School and holds a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University.
