OpenWorks Hires New Regional Director in Washington
Phoenix, AZ (July 29, 2015) - OpenWorks, one of America’s leading integrated facility services franchises, recently hired Steve Moore as Regional Director of the Washington market.
Moore will be responsible for evaluating operational needs to ensure the growth and development of OpenWorks’ region in Washington state. He will work strategically to maximize market revenue while maintaining franchise partnerships and developing new business opportunities throughout the area.
Moore will make several staff hires and manage these positions to continue franchise growth in the Washington region. He will add several sales executives, as well as a district manager who will serve as a liaison between customers and franchisees to ensure customer satisfaction and quality assurance. Moore will also oversee the Washington office’s new Account Executive Trainee program for recent graduates and people looking to explore a new career path in sales. The comprehensive 24-week program provides classroom instruction and on-the-job training to build a successful career in sales.
Moore has over 25 years of sales experience in areas of financial management, business operations, marketing and staff development. Prior to joining OpenWorks, Moore served as Regional Vice President for Corinthian Colleges, Inc., where he was the senior sales leader for eight colleges in Washington and Oregon. He also worked in sales and leadership positions with Alta Colleges, Inc. and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
For more than 30 years, OpenWorks has provided customized cleaning solutions for a wide range of buildings and facilities. As a leading integrated facility service franchise with 330 franchises in five states, the company has used an environmentally “clean green” program to provide businesses with a clean, safe work environment.
