I wanted to do something that I could do with my family – a family business.What has been your biggest success? I never thought I’d come this far; I thought I’d have a couple of accounts and be done with it but I’ve grown to the point where I’m at and am happy.What are you most looking forward to in your franchise business? I have a very solid business. I’m looking forward to my parents getting an early retirement. I’m looking forward to continued structured growth. I’m proud of my business, I’m proud of my team and those that work with me. I like the support that I receive.Where do you go from here? I’d like to learn how to better sell my own accounts. I’d like to get to the point where I have a supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations and take care of my customers so I can focus on selling my own accounts.What contributed to your success? Attitude and persistence and working as a team with my family and employees. Employees have to do a lot. Your employees are the key to your success. Working alongside OpenWorks – the Sales and Operations team has guided me through the whole cleaning industry. I come from a background of no cleaning experience. Monthly meetings and trainings are helpful.How do you find good employees?
